How to Bluff in an Online Poker Game

The virtual environment of online poker rooms makes it hard for poker players to tell if their opponents bluff or not: You can't look at their faces, so you can't read their facial features and decide whether they bluff or not. But don't lose all hope; there are methods which can tell you if your opponents are bluffing.

The first method takes efforts, but it's worth it – chatting. Yes, chatting. You can chat while you play with your opponents, you can talk about the weather or about the World Series of Poker, but the main thing you have to notice is the time that takes them to respond. This time factor would tell you if their hand is low or high. If it high – then they'll know what to do with it and they'll answer you right away, but if their poker hand is low they would think what to do more than usual, as all players do.

Notice that when you gamble in online poker rooms set yourself a time limit – half a minute for acting. If you stick to your time limit than no body could tell if you have a high or a low hand, since they won't see you stalling time thinking what to do with it.
